Yesterday was Thanksgiving Day here in Canada, it is my hope that we all are thankful everyday! I know that some days are challenging but I truly believe that even if we have to dig deep, we can always find something to be thankful for. Here is just a sampling of what I am thankful for,
I am also thankful to have been asked by Hometalk to curate a board on Bed frame makeovers. A lot of my friends haven't heard of Hometalk yet, it's sort of like Pinterest except people can ask (and answer) questions. It seems a lot more personal than Pinterest as others freely give feedback. I love seeing the creativity of others, it inspires me to see someone else come up with an idea that I didn't think of myself. I've searched Hometalk and gathered clips of projects that started out as bedframes, these are not in any particular order, take a look at the what these talented people have come up with. Click on the photo below to visit the board on Hometalk, once there click on the images to visit the original posts.

I love how people can see a piece of furniture in so many different ways, some use the head board, some use the legs. I especially love the red Chevrolet bench, that one really shows a great imagination, I'm pretty jealous that I didn't come up with that one considering I used almost that exact bed for one of the benches that I did.
Here is a link to some of my other benches, the first three are made out of head boards.
I am also very thankful for all of you people that visit my blog, whether you are a follower or you happen by here by chance, I appreciate you taking the time to visit.
